Roy visited my new build home for a snag inspection. I was really hesitant at first as this is my first home so never experienced snagging before, but Roy explained everything and was so thorough. He took pictures of all the snags and sent them to me promptly after. We chose to go with the drone as well as the report which was fantastic. Best decision we made! I've even had a few issues with our developer that Roy & Lowen have supported me with and have continued to give me valuable advice.

We recently used Holme Snaggers for a snagging survey on our new build, and are really happy with the service we received. Roy cast his expert eye across our property, and after his many years of experience in the industry was able to highlight some minor problems we had completely overlooked/ missed.

I recently used Holme Snaggers for a snagging survey on my new build and I can’t shout loud enough about the service I received. Roy was fantastic from start to finish and highlighted some minor and major problems that I had completely overlooked/missed.
The report I received was very clearly put together and easy to understand and follow, including pictures of all the issues that had been spotted. Roy was very professional and knowledgable and even in the rain was able to produce some amazing aerial shots of the house which were included in the report that I received late that afternoon on the same day.
